I’ve been having a lot of fun this past month on The Stamping Boutique’s Guest DT!
One of my favorite new images is Picket Fence. I used it to meet this week’s challenge at CASE Study.

Aren’t mini trees, topiary trees and big buckets of plants just cool?
The Stamping Boutique has a great digital stamp that you can do LOTS of cool things with! I worked with the “Plant” digi stamp to create this card for challenge #3, handmade flowers. This little just came to life with the punched flowers, vines and bling!
You still have a week to join in on this challenge, so take a chance!

Paper that is?
Some Odd Girl digi stamps had a fun challenge this week –> put something pleated on a project.
When I taught some of the BasicGrey card classes, some of the cards had some interesting paper pleats on them. Doing the pleats was not a favorite in the class as some of my students would heartily agree, but the effect was pretty cool.
I created one of those pleat designs for the challenge this week, hope you like it! Click either design to see a larger view.

Two Peas has 4 great no-charge classes running the entire year. This layout was created for one of them with Nichol Magouirk called Scrapbook Stamping. Every month a different challenge is issued to use stamps on your layout somehow.
Here’s my version of this month’s assignment, using woodblock stamps. I do admit that I also used some clear stamps, but the majority are wood block stamps. The candle border and title are Hero Arts wood block. The cake is from The Stamps of Life and the journaling box is Autumn Leaves.

I just LOVE Whimsie Doodles digital stamps! They are super cute and I love coloring them.
I watched some Copic coloring videos on YouTube recently and tried some of the new to me techniques on this little guy. Not too bad! I still need some practice time, but the results are better than before I think!

I just love the sketches from the Verve Stamps Team! Every Monday is a great sketch then every Friday on SCS, there’s another one for Viva la Verve!
Let me share how I used the sketches. I was coloring some Michelle Perkett Studio images this past weekend at Stampfest while I demo’d Copic markers at the Marco’s Paper booth. I also HAD to add some markers to my collection in the RV category – I needed more pinks!
Join us this week at the Your Choice blog challenge on Michelle Perkett Studio Challenge Blog! You have until Monday afternoon!
Thanks for looking and thanks to Michelle for having me on her Design Team for the last 6 months. It’s been truly a FUN ride! I can’t wait for the next 6 months!!
