My great niece got baptised in early August and I created this cute mini album for her. The album is MDF and cut into the shape of a wing. It’s from Kaiser – super cute! The bling also comes from Kaiser. The paper and die cut tags is from 3 Bugs in a Rug, Color Me Pink line. LOVE the green and pink together! The stamp on the back cover is from BoBunny. The letters are BasicGrey with pearlized mini mister spray. Enjoy!
A trend these days is to bring a recipe page with you to a wedding or shower so that the new couple has a ready-made cookbook to use especially made by their friends. It’s a fun concept and great idea in my opinion! You may be wondering where I’m going with this and well, I just LOVE collecting 6×6 recipe pages! I swap with a special yahoo recipe page group every couple months depending on the themes posted in the database. It’s really fun and so interesting to see how everyone embellishes their pages and what recipes come out of it.
This month I swapped quite a few different themes. Ok, I was late in getting them in for the September 1st deadline (sorry Cindy), but hopefully the gang will think they’re worth it! I’d thought that I would share some here with you.

So many of the recent flower stamps released by Starving Artistamps are just plain gorgeous, that I must have them all! This stamp is one of the many orchid designs recently released and lends itself to lots of design opportunities. I used some of my newly mixed pearly misters to create the background for the orchid and Nestabilities for the front frame and window. The paper is Cosmo Cricket’s Fleuriste recently reviewed at ScrapFriends.
