With another great image from Michelle Perkett Studio: Sleepy Time Fairy

It’s a simple stamp with lovely big surfaces to color and detail.

I used this week’s PDCC color combo of gray, green and orange to use with my fairy.

I just happened to have some paper to work with it too! Here’s my card (click on the picture for a bigger version):

Such a fun image from Meljen’s digital stamps to combine with this week’s Play Date Cafe’s color challenge to use pale blue, light mint green and beige. That is such a gorgeous color combo for ice cream! Doesn’t it remind you of cotton candy, pistachio, and coffee flavored frozen treats?? YUM!

I enjoyed making a tag bookmark as a change from card making. I used a new Stampin’ Up border punch for one of the first times – don’t the little hearts match the digi stamp well? That ribbon matches EXACTLY!!! Couldn’t believe it when I found it in my stash. Oh, and the eyelet – remember those??? How many do you still have in YOUR stash?? :)

The Stamps of Life is sponsoring the P K Glitz team over the next months, so I wanted to start showing you some projects using Stephanie’s clear stamp sets with P K Glitz products.

This one is rather simple, but very elegant with the black and white main color scheme and touch of pink. The stamped images are heat embossed with E P Max, an embossing powder with lots of gorgeous glitter in it from P K Glitz. You can’t beat the sparkle as the sun really picks it up when taking a photo.

You’ll be seeing lots more TSOL this month and through the rest of the year! Stephanie’s images are so versatile and easy to use that you can go back to them to meet any card making or scrapbooking need.
