Online Card Class

I was having fun last weekend playing along in the Mini Virtual Stamp Night with the theme of Birds, Bees & Creepy Crawlies at Splitcoaststampers. šŸ™‚

The first challenge wasĀ birds, bees and the baby. I had this super cute stamp set from Stampin’ Up! that featured a cute baby peeking out of a flower pot.

I’ve been taking theĀ Clean & SimpleĀ Cards 2 at Online Card Classes, so all of my cards for VSN are CAS. šŸ™‚

Christmas Cards

I’ve been able to add to my Christmas card stash by completing these 8 cards today. I used a mass production card technique from the Online Card Class Holiday Card WorkshopĀ using many different background and sayings stamps. The snowflakes are from sticky paper and Spellbinders dies. They came out great using the P K Glitz glitter! The sayings are all heat embossed using P K Glitz embossing powder. More cards to come!

I just love coloring with Copics and the Some Odd Girl stamps are perfect for it! The 2-color sentiment idea is from the Online Card Class Holiday Card workshop – neat eh? While implementing some of the card ideas, I’m also entering this card into the sketch challenge at the SOG blog.

Some Odd Girl

The patterned paper is My Mind’s Eye and the sentiment is from Stampin’ Up! The SOG digistamp is 1920’s Cody.Ā

Here are the Copic colors that I used: E13, E15, E17, E23, E25, E27, E29, E50, E51, E53, E55, E97, BG53, BG57 AND BG70

Thanks for stopping by!

The Holiday Card Workshop is on at Online Card Classes! I’m glad that I could join this year and I’m looking forward to increasing my Holiday card stash significantly as I work up to the mailing and handing out stage!

Here are some cards from Day 1. Jennifer gave some great mass production tips. Now if I could only get my Stampin’ Up! clear stamps to stick to the block! Does anyone have that problem?
