I got a little crazy with recipe pages this month! I wanted to capture some of the recipes that were recently sent to me PLUS take advantage of the swaps offered on Cindy’s Recipe Swap Yahoo group.

So, the result is below! I was so excited to use up a bunch of scraps that I had AND stamps that I hadn’t used in awhile. LOVE to use up stash!

Party hats anyone?

There’s nothing like a good party card! Using some of my beloved Scenic Route paper (so sad they’re closing their doors) and clear stamps from Lasting Impressions with Panache, this card is festive and cheery! Pretty versatile for a masculine or feminine birthday, this card is a quick fix in a jam when you need a card.

A Week in the Life, Days 5 & 6

Boy, I’m not doing a great job at keeping the blog updated everyday with my progress! I am taking daily pictures and keeping notes, so I think I’ll be good when I compile it all. I think that I’ll stick with the 8 1/2×11 thought for the album size and throw in some odd shaped pages here and there most likely. I’m looking forward to bringing it all together!

Happy World Card Making Day! I plan on making some cards today to join in the fun. To hopefully inspire you, here are some cards that I created lately using Lasting Impressions with Panache stamps. I had a lot of fun with the block stamps and a variety of images to put inside!

Stamped Tea Cups

I love the taste of tea, usually black not herbal, with a little Sweet n’Low – total YUM! It’s my touch of paradise throughout the day. Simply amazing how something so simple provides such comfort.

I got to play with some terrific Tea stamps from Lasting Impressions with Panache last week. Using good ole dye inks, Color Dusters and yummy paper brought these cards out to their glory. If you’re needing some stamps, go visit Denyse and Laura at LIWP.
