Guess what? Another great sheet of rubber from Heather at Faerie Song Art Stamps!
This time, we’re going under the sea to those mythical mermaid creatures. Gretchen Raisch-Baskin is the artist that has added her own special touch to Magical Mermaids, the 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of red rubber stamps. I had a lot of fun using Copics markers to color in the details of the ocean and mermaids. It was a great opportunity to practice blending, which you’ll probably be able to tell here and there.
Take a look and I hope you like them!
A little early – a love note for my honey!
Ok, I also met a challenge on the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog using The Stamps of Life stamps! Why not hit 2 birds with one stone??
The challenge was to create a Valentine themed card. Not too hard, especially when you have some great stamps to work with! Thanks Stephanie at TSOL!

Nidlongdir is a Magic Fairy Realm beautifully illustrated by Marianne Mathiasen and now brought to you in red rubber stamps! Heather at Faerie Song Art Stamps has just introduced an 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet of rubber images drawn by Marianne.
You can find the images that I’ve used below on that sheet, available on Heather’s web site, Faerie Song Art Stamps.
I hope you like the samples! Enjoy!
All images are colored with Copics Markers.
There’s nothing like a good party card! Using some of my beloved Scenic Route paper (so sad they’re closing their doors) and clear stamps from Lasting Impressions with Panache, this card is festive and cheery! Pretty versatile for a masculine or feminine birthday, this card is a quick fix in a jam when you need a card.
Supplies:
Lasting Impressions with Panache stamps
P K Glitz embossing powder
Scenic Route patterned paper
Michaels ribbon
Making Memories clear tag

I’ve had this stamp from Starving Artistamps for maybe a year now and I just LOVE coloring it with Copic markers! The image is a great size – perfect for the face of a card. I needed a card for a 1:1 swap on Florida Stampers, so this is it!
I stamped the image with Memento Black ink then proceeded to color with R85, Rose Red. The center was done using YG00, Mimosa Yellow and the outline was W3 Warm Gray. The stamens were detailed with Brown Flower Soft. The yellow was then finished off with a glue pen and Crystal glitter from P K Glitz.
Supplies:
Starving Artistamps stamp
Tsukineko ink
Copic markers
P K Glitz glitter
Flower Soft
SEI patterned paper
Prism cardstock
