I love making cards!
It’s Virtual Stamp Night this weekend on Splitcoast Stampers, so I thought that I would indulge myself in some stamping just for the fun of it.
So, VSN has various challenges under this month’s theme of You Make My Heart Sing. The hostesses are extremely creative with their challenges all relating back to the main theme. Great job ladies!
Since I used a Michelle Perkett Studio digital stamp for this card, I incorporated the latest challenge into it: ‘Buttons & Bows’. No buttons, but lots of bows! I just love this stamp because Michelle personalized it for me!!!! Thanks Michelle!!!!

Michelle Perkett Studio digital stamp (without the “Andrea” in the lower right corner)

It’s Virtual Stamp Night this weekend on Splitcoast Stampers, so I thought that I would indulge myself in some stamping just for the fun of it. In the past, much of my stamping has been for a specific Design Team purpose, but since resigning from many of the different teams, my creative schedule has been lighter than in the past. I’m having a lot of fun just stamping for the heck of it.

January was a slow month for taking pictures, so I opted to show some of my favorite projects that I worked on. I found more of those super cute mini mailboxes and altered them, plus I made a bunch of cards for various occasions.
I decided to use BasicGrey again this year to complete my Project 12 layouts. I sure have enough of it and why not use it up? There are many collections that were released last year that I have yet to purchase, but I am itching to buy them! Maybe a little at a time at some of the Scrapbook Expos throughout the year.
Supplies:
BasicGrey Urban Prairie paper and stickers
Border punches
Becky Fleck sketch for Project 12
Quite contrary, how does your garden grow?
Michelle Perkett has created a beautiful new digital stamp titled (as you can probably guess) “Mary, Mary”!
Today we have a blog hop to say goodbye to some of our Mermaids that will be leaving our team after 6 fantastic months.
Jan, Tammy, Melissa, Marilyn and Margie
will be leaving us and with this Blog Hop we want to thank them for all the fantastic work they did!
Shelley, Claire, Mari, Marion, Pauline and I
will stay for another 6 months.
So if you would like to join our team… go to the last blog from the hop and enter in the DT Call there.
For now… enjoy the blog hop!

Have a GREAT time looking at all of the Mary, Mary projects! I know I will! It’s been great working with all the ladies here for the past 6 months and I wish everyone great success and happiness!
Scrapbook Steals has a great Mid-Week Mojo sketch that I used for this scrapbook page. Yes, a REAL scrapbook page! I took a look at my stash and the pages that I was behind on and made a decision that I must scrap more! I will definitely still do cards, but my scrapbook page count needs to go up dramatically.
No stamping on this page, just some die cuts, chipboard letters and stickers. It was fun, relatively quick and looks pretty decent! I’ve decided that I’m going to put sketches with pictures together in an effort to make it easier to get pages done. The next step would be to pull the papers to go with each page, so we’ll see how that goes. I’ve scheduled 2 crops to attend within the next 2 months also. COOL!
Spellbinders die
BasicGrey chipboard letters
Reminisce stickers
Inque Boutique stamp
Tsukineko ink
MWM #30 sketch
Isn’t this image cute? I used it for a challenge at DigiDay with The Stamping Boutique. The challenge was to create a Valentine card using no pink or red. Isn’t that a great idea?
I had a color challenge swap card to create, so I used the swap colors for the color scheme. I think it came out just fine as a Valentine’s card with no pink or red!
Supplies:
The Stamping Boutique digital stamp
Copic markers
The Stamps of Life clear stamps for the saying, Minis4circles set
Tsukineko ink
Spellbinders dies
BasicGrey paper
