Talk about a fun collection! I love the double-sided kraft paper in this collection and the fact that it is SO earth friendly! All the patterns are wonderful earth tones in color and design, lots of nature. Read the reviews on ScrapFriends for a full low-down. Here is one project using the collection.
Beauty and elegance is what the Windsor Collection is all about. Tones of brown neutrals, sage green and mustard yellow all present themselves in the small repeating patterns. Gold foil accents add a beautiful elegant touch in a subtle way. Flocking on some of the patterns add a great dimensional element. The embellishments, buttons, die cuts, ribbon and more are perfectly matched. This collection is ideal for scrapping grand occasions like weddings and anniversaries, but also works for everyday photos. Take a look at the layouts below for a glimpse into Windsor…
I’m just not talking about bling and rhinestones, but the actual paper from Glitz Designs. 🙂 I’ve put together this chipboard mini book kit that is currently available at Scrapbook Central. GREAT for stocking stuffers, brag books and gifts for that special relative that lives far away. Using Fancy Pants Chipboard, Glitz Paper, Maya Road ribbon and Kaiser gemstones, this album is a quick couple hour project. All the instructions are included with color photos for just $21! Get a couple today for those holiday gifts.
I must admit that when I first glanced at this collection (yes glanced, not actually looked), I was like “oh boy, orange, white and black!” and wasn’t sure what to do with it. Well, after looking at it and using it, I really like it! Read the total review at ScrapFriends and take a peek at the projects too.
Do you love this witch and saying? It’s from Starving Artistamps! You can get 10% off by using my discount code on the side!
Stampington & Company’s books are just a feast to behold. The pages are satin smooth with wonderful photography and up-close pictures of crafty projects. The Volume 2 issue of the Holidays & Celebrations issue covers Valentine’s, Easter, Spring, Halloween and Christmas. Read the full reviews at ScrapFriends.
I was able to play with some of Paper Imagery Designs products in my projects for this review. I thought it added a nice nostalgic look to the projects and the images were very easy to use in a variety of ways. The definition cards are 5×7 in size and are actually from a deck of playing cards that I picked up in the Target Dollar spot section! The papers and embellishments are all ones that i’ve acquired and had left over from other projects. Great to see them reused here!

We recently reviewed some of the new American Crafts themed collections and embellishments at ScrapFriends, so I have a couple projects to share with you. The first one was a Swedish Collage card that I revealed at the end of September. Even though this card was a Congrats theme, the Travel Collection that I was using worked really well for it! Just love the bright and cheery colors with the super cute DoodleFactory penguin from the Tropics set at Starving Artistamps.
I also made a layout using more patterned paper from the Collection and of course more embellishments too! That’s one great thing about American Crafts, they have a bunch of cross-themed embellishments available so that if you run out of paper from that specific theme, chances are that the left over embellishments will match another paper collection. Not much distressing on this page, just solid color!
