It’s a neat company where you can pick items to create your own specialty necklace or bracelet! I have a website where you can purchase any item 24/7, have it shipped to you for only $5.95 AND within 2-5 business days!
Here are some great combinations that you can use as inspiration as you shop!
Ok, time to catch up on the Journal Your Christmas entries! All are using the Whimsie Doodles digi stamps and coloring with Copic markers.
Two days and counting! The digi stamps that I’m using on my Journal pages this year are all from Whimsie Doodles. I will most likely be coloring them with copic markers. The embellishments are from Paper Issues – great goodies there and awesome quick shipping!!
I’ll be showing snippets and pics from my pages. Hope you’ll find enjoyment as we go day to day!
Wow, December already! I admit that this year is has had a lot of ups with some tough times too. Mostly up though and I am really looking forward to 2013!
Every year I join Shimelle in her Journal Your Christmas online class. I really really like it 🙂 It reminds me about the joys of the holiday season. Thank you Shimelle!
As one of the first signs of the holiday season, here’s a pic of the view coming out of work tonight with the almost full moon in the background – gorgeous!
I have a LOT to be thankful for, so I would like to:

So, some of you may know that I am an Ippity Chick. A Chick is someone who is basically a distributor for Ippity Stamps, part of Unity Stamps. I buy Ippity from Unity and sell it to you, the end customer. I’ve been pretty successful selling Ippity everywhere in the world, even Australia and Europe! I’ve enjoyed it and like the product.
Ippity will be rolled up into the Unity brand soon.
There will be no more Ippity. No new releases and to my understanding, no real distinction between Ippity and Unity any longer. This is not a sad thing necessarily as many people don’t even know they are different. For those who do and who have been my customers over the years, a big THANK YOU! 🙂
For me, there is some sadness to see it go. I always try to promote Ippity so that I can enable my crafting habits with the extra money that I make from the sales. However, I have to say that it will be nice to use some of my other stamps too! Ippity was always foremost in my mind – must promote by doing samples – so my other stamps have been neglected. I like my other stamps! I look forward to using them more often soon.
So, if you would like to visit my Ippity blog before it goes away, please do! I will be liquidating my entire stock, so let me know if you want a nice discount on some premium red rubber cling mounted stamps. I’ll be doing some updating most likely to the Ippity site in terms of price reductions, but shop now for the best selection. I have EVERY set for sale. Send me an email (andrea at ippitystamps dot com) and tell me what you want and I’ll make you a killer deal. Spread the word!

I just finished a “basic” Copic marker class by Kristy and Melissa over at Created From Color. It was FANTASTIC! Although I am Copic Certified, I wanted a refresher course and one that gave more detail to each lesson. This is it if you want to become a ton more proficient with your Copics. They also have an Advanced class if you’re already comfortable with coloring skin, hair and shadowing from a light source.
Here’s my before and after image. The left is actually the “after” and the right is the “before”.
I still need to practice with the light source, but I’m much more comfortable when coloring skin and hair. Thanks Kristy and Melissa!!
