This is a great stamp from Seaside Stampin’ Ink AND a great sketch from the Paper Niche! I colored this gem with Copics while using BasicGrey’s paper as a backdrop. It’s simple but fun!

Don’t you just love cupcakes? They are just enough to clench that desire for cake but not too much to feel like you’ve over indulged. Flavors? TONS! Both in the cake portion and frosting portion! Cupcakes are BIG business!
I’ve got a paper pieced cupcake for you today using The Stamps of Life set HappyBday2You. The cupcake is a great size and the sentiment is able to be split up so that you can stack it instead of having it in a single line. I swear that Stephanie at TSOL puts a lot of thought into these sets!! I LOVE IT!

The challenge this week at Whimsie Doodles was to make an “off color” card – so not red and green for Christmas, orange and black for Halloween, etc.
Ok, so how about pink and brown for Halloween? Not a bad combination once I got started! A bit retro-ish, this card turned out pretty cute! Now who would appreciate a pink and brown Halloween card? My friend Pam in NH no doubt so I’ll pop it in the mail to her tomorrow to see if it can get there by Saturday.

Ok, I couldn’t resist this little guy when I saw him at Meljen’s store. Isn’t he cute?
It seemed to be the perfect image for the Halloween challenge this week (#28) AND using this week’s sketch from Creative Sketches. A match well made!
Couldn’t go wrong with using Copics for coloring and My Mind’s Eye paper for the background.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you’ll see a lot of pink going around this month.
This week’s challenge at Digistamps4Joy was to create something pink and they gave away a great page of digistamps. I used the sentiment from that set. Check it out on their blog: Digistamps4Joy blog.
Here’s my card using one of the freebies from Digistamps4Joy on CDAC. I just love how the afternoon sunlight caught the glitter! I used one of the new mega border punches from EK Success – so cool!

One of the holidays coming up here in the US is Halloween at the end of October. There are SO many cute Halloween stamps, papers and embellishments out there that you’ll have any project covered for sure!
Shirleys 2 Girls has lots of digital stamps to pick from along with other things. Take a look at their store and you’ll see some super cute things!
I combined some new to me Halloween paper from My Mind’s Eye collection from last year with a freebie from Shirleys 2 Girls and out popped the cute card below! I “colored” the bats and spider with glitter to make them stand out and sparkle! Thanks for the great freebie ladies!
