I tried out some new stamps with this card – Verve Stamps. I used the diffused embossing technique that I first saw in the Online Card Classes. It is very cool and works like a charm! The portion behind the tree is the smooth part that was masked from the embossing. The sketch is from the 2nd week of November from the Verve Stamps blog. Hope you like it!
I must admit that tea is one of my favorite drinks, either hot or cold. There seems to be a surge of stamps and dies out there recently to which I have started to accumulate. This digi stamp is from priscillstyles digi store and is for the progressive challenge at the Crafter’s Digital Art Center, cdacpc23.
I used various embossing folders and Spellbinders dies for this card. The sketch is from this week’s Verve Stamps’s Mojo Monday #266 challenge. The color combo is from Play Date Cafe’s #157, plum, fuschia and wisteria.

I just love coloring with Copics and the Some Odd Girl stamps are perfect for it! The 2-color sentiment idea is from the Online Card Class Holiday Card workshop – neat eh? While implementing some of the card ideas, I’m also entering this card into the sketch challenge at the SOG blog.
The patterned paper is My Mind’s Eye and the sentiment is from Stampin’ Up! The SOG digistamp is 1920’s Cody.
Here are the Copic colors that I used: E13, E15, E17, E23, E25, E27, E29, E50, E51, E53, E55, E97, BG53, BG57 AND BG70

I’m FINALLY using some of those The Stamps of Life stamps that I’ve been wanting to use, yeah!! The first 2 use TSOL stamps and the last one uses Inkadinkado. This first card meets the challenge at ColourQ #161.
I’ve had this image colored for some time now and finally have a great reason to put it on a card! I used some new Washi Tape that I got, new stamps and new punch! The Just Add Ink sketch JAI142 was perfect for this one!
It’s the weekend and I’m getting in some card making time! I’m trying to finish up on the Hope You Can Cling To challenges at Splitcoaststampers and get the cards mailed off. That’s my goal by Monday anyway!! Here’s to working on it and gettin’ it done!
The stamps are all from The Stamps of Life Turtle2love set. The glitter embossing powder is from P K Glitz. The sketch is from Clean and Simple Stamping FTL215. The color combo is from Color Throwdown CTD216. This card also meets the masculine challenge at CAS-ual Fridays CFC77.
