Scraps of thoughts, photos and art

Can you believe that this 2-page layout is the final one for my chronological 2007 book? How exciting! I’m not 100% up-to-date this year, but now I don’t feel as far behind now that I completed this page. Thanks to Tammy for issuing the Scrap-enger Challenge on ScrapFriends and for being a loyal blog commenter!

This spread is a pretty basic one, but clean in it’s simplicity. I used a new microfine glitter from PK Glitz on their new Sticky Paper which is thin enough to punch! The glitter and paper is TOO DIE FOR! LOVE it! Great work Janelle on getting the combination great for punching and die cutting. Oh yeah, can’t wait to use this with the Wizard too! The red flowers are punched from the Sticky Paper with an EK Success flower punch then coated with Red Hot Chili Pepper Glitter Glitz. Super sparkly in person. The ’07 is Grungeboard embossed with the Red Hot Chili Pepper Embossing Powder. YES! The glitter and embossing powder coordinates – how cool is that?
