Andrea's Scraps

A big thanks to Robin Beam and her Bandanna Technique using the awesome Ranger inks and new white pigment pen. I had to try it with the new pigment pads from Ranger and got this awesome result. Part of the Ranger Pigment Ink review at ScrapFriends, this card is so cheery and came out wonderfully using those new products. The stamps are Inque Boutique which you can get at Scrapbook Central by clicking the button on the home page. The gems are from RhinestoneNY – terrific bling!
