Author: Starving Artistamps is the sponsor for this weeks sketch at 2Sketches4You! Using one of my favorite sets from Starving Artistamps, I turned the sketch 180 degrees for inspiration to create this card.
Using the Enameling Technique from PK Glitz, the center chipboard medallion became a beautiful showcase for the image.
